So how do you make it fun as well as informative.........Friday Quizzing

Weekly quizzes could help provide a regular road map to improvement. A popular saying is "What gets measured, gets managed".

Questions that are used in the quizzes and evaluations are provided by your department heads, HR department, and management team so they are highly relevant. The quizzes are delivered in mixed order via our platform to employee email accounts at a set time, to be completed anytime on Friday each week you choose to run the quiz. Results and analysis in departmental league table format are sent back to the HR department for distribution Friday afternoon or Monday morning. New questions or reused previous questions will be compiled and are ready for upload on Thursday morning each week. The natural competitive edge rises in most in a fun and quick way and overall business awareness and harmony is nurtured.

A growing database of questions will be built up over time and of course you own this always. A range of questions and information your teams would ideally know and be able to recall. The answers will usually be multiple choice with immediate individual results but other options are additionally available. Knowledge and motivation can usually go hand in hand.

Ultimately increased awareness could be a desirable position which has a high chance to increase your customer service and colleague cooperation.

This is how it works

We store your selection and updates of questions in our locked database and then deliver a small number of questions (you can decide but 10-12 popular per week we find) at a time to suit your employees (we’ve seen a great response on Friday pm each week when heads might be dropping). Employees will answer at their convenience, at their desk on their own PC or laptop from their email inbox.
We supply the results report straight to the employee within minutes. Later, say monthly, you can take or we can send you department league tables compared to previous trends so you will be able to see who’s performed well and/or who improved best at department or individual level.

To be clear ...

...you supply to us the categories and questions and answers A to D or A to E as you think best and/or two side of a coin if you prefer a 12-point granular view. Most of our current customers ask department managers to supply these questions in their areas of expertise. This often works best to get a quality and quantity within a short period of time.

A break from the norm every week or month to keep them on their toes. Did we mention questions can also have images but please make sure the images don't have copyright restrictions. We can deliver group questions in categories if you would like to see more granular results.
